OUR VISION

Since 2013, government cuts to youth services have led to fewer resources for young people, resulting in more youth club closures and less support for local sports clubs and gyms. This lack of funding has increased the risk of youth involvement in criminal activities, including gun and knife crime.
With few after-school activities available, community sports clubs have become vital. These clubs offer a safe space for young people, fostering a sense of community, belonging, and the development of positive social relationships. Participation in sports helps build essential life skills like teamwork, goal-setting, and perseverance.
Sports also promote physical fitness, self-discipline, and a sense of achievement, steering youth away from negative influences. Through guidance from experienced coaches, young people gain confidence and well-being, engaging in positive activities instead of falling prey to criminal exploitation.
Our mission is to highlight the importance of sports in inner-city communities and provide alternatives for youth through sports events. These events raise crucial funds for community sports clubs and charities, supporting young people in pursuing sports not readily available in their area.
We aim to raise awareness about the lack of youth recreational facilities due to funding cuts, engage the community, and promote healthy lifestyles. Our vision is to create a safe, enjoyable environment where all young people can thrive through sports.
